Our Team
Our Team of staff
Rachel is our Setting Manager, SENCo and Safeguarding Officer. She is the Manager of the day to day management & organisation of the setting and relays information back to the Committee. Rachel holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
Sam, Becca, Jolene, Rachel, Chloe and Marie all work as part of the Preschool and wraparound team throughout the week.
All staff hold a valid DBS certificate and attend mandatory training for First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene which are all updated as and when required.
Our Setting Manager has undertaken training in Special Educational Needs & Disability (SEND) and have staff that are Makaton trained. We have experience of working with individual children who have a range of different personal and educational needs. We work in partnership with the local authority to support the needs of individual children when required.
Our setting has gained the ECAT (Every Child's a Talker) accredited standard which encourages good communication within children, parents and staff.
